Premium Pay Program
Parkway’s Premium Pay Program is designed to enhance the income of drivers that run interstate miles. In February of 2019 an adjustment was made to incentivize those drivers who run interstate, but also provide store service support when needed.Below is a bit of clarity on the changes that were made to the requirements for Parkway’s Premium Pay standards:
10,000 miles per period with 1 Interstate Round Trip = Premium
8,500 miles per period with 2 Interstate Round Trips = Premium
In addition, O/O’s who consecutively qualify for Premium Pay 3 Periods or more and need to take time off for vacation, health, or breakdowns will remain qualified for the Premium Pay program upon returning to work.Parkway management is available to discuss the Premium Pay Program upon request. Exceptions request will be reviewed on an individual basis.
